A quick, efficient and pleasant method of learning

The amount of linguistic material presented in a shorter time is extremely important. Owing to a very specific technique it is possible to achieve a very good standard of memorisation and ease in the use of the language at the end of the month.

At the end of a suggestopedic course, the wish to continue in the practice of the target-language (listening radio programmes, films, reading, meetings, perfecting, travel…) is remarkable.

Certain pieces of classical music have been selected for their ability to induce alpha waves in the brain. These waves correspond to a state of total relaxation.
